Recognizing the significance of safeguarding our precious planet, we collaborate closely with farmers and suppliers to source all-natural ingredients responsibly. We are devoted to reducing our carbon footprint, embracing renewable energy, and preserving a diverse and thriving environment for future generations.

- People

Our team of passionate individuals forms the heart of our business. With the support of our Green Teams and as an employee-owned company, we prioritize the well-being and equity of our staff. Moreover, we actively engage in charitable partnerships, making positive contributions to our local communities and beyond.

Our Progress Towards Sustainability

- Energy

We are actively auditing our energy consumption and setting ambitious targets to reduce it over the next three years, aiming to shift entirely to renewable energy sources.

- Packaging

Our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind, with 99% of it being kerbside recyclable and some being compostable with household food waste. We prioritize the use of FSC or PEFC certified card stock, ensuring responsible sourcing.

- Emissions

We take accountability for our energy usage and regularly report our greenhouse gas emissions. Our goal is to achieve Carbon Neutral status by 2050, as part of the Race to Zero Pledge.

Giving Back and Community Support

We believe in giving back to society, and we are proud to be associated with various initiatives that make a meaningful impact:

- FareShare

We have raised over £9,000 to support the incredible work of FareShare, a dedicated food redistribution network fighting food inequality. For every online order over £10, we donate a meal through FareShare, ensuring that each purchase contributes to a positive change.

- Neighbourly

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we fundraised for the Neighbourly Community Fund, supporting vital community projects. We continue to support local initiatives as they play an essential role in supporting one another.

- Rewilding Britain

We have raised over £5,500 for environmental causes worldwide, including planting trees in deforested areas. Our partnership with Rewilding Britain promotes rewilding as an effective solution to environmental challenges, aiming to create a sustainable ecosystem for all to enjoy.
